Pneumatic cushions that hold the load in place.
Loadbrace cargo cushions — also called dunnage air bags — inflate into the empty space between freight. They brace pallets and cargo laterally so loads stay stable through braking, vibration, and handling.
We are targeting fully automated production with AAR Level 1 (AAR1) performance under the Association of American Railroads’ Product Performance Profile for Pneumatic Dunnage.

From prototype to automated production.
Loadbrace exists to reform how cargo cushions are made — repeatable quality in small automatic on-demand production machines close to the users, reducing risks of supply disturbances while aligning production costs close to material prices.
The project has started. Right now we are building the prototype to prove product quality and quickly reach initial line production.
